AmCham Launches Leadership Mentoring Program

AmCham kicked off its first Leadership Mentoring Program which will run its course during the entire year of 2022.

The program offers an arena where professionals and leaders with international experience can exchange experiences and learn from each other across industries – with the aim of improving leadership skills on both sides of the equation.

The event featured a leadership keynote by Tisha Boatman, Managing Director of Siemens Healthineers Denmark, Nordic and Baltic Zones, who is a strong believer in the power of mentoring and coaching as part of her lifelong learning.

During the event, AmCham’s Therese Oliver reviewed the program and announced the 18 cross-industry pairs who will work together this year.
