Executives Attend AmCham’s Transatlantic Summit
On April 6, business leaders gathered at Danske Bank for AmCham’s Transatlantic Summit, which featured a range of speakers discussing the current state of the transatlantic relationship.
Global Head of Research, Danske Bank, Heidi Schauman, opened the summit by sharing the latest development in the US economy – seen from a Danish company’s perspective. She highlighted the current inflation trends, recession fears and key economic bottlenecks.
Torsten Jansen, Associated Partner, Lead Agency gave a U.S. political outlook. Recently returned from the US he shared observations from the political scene in DC on key foreign and domestic issues leading up to the Midterms.
Lastly, Bjarne Corydon, CEO, Børsen commented on the global business challenges and opportunities with a special focus on the state of the transatlantic alliance in an uncertain world.
The summit concluded with the announcement of Terma as the winner of the 2022 Transatlantic Company of the Year, presented by U.S. Embassy Chargé d’Affaires Stuart Dwyer and jury spokesman Jørgen Bardenfleth.
