Mentoring Program

AmCham’s Leadership Mentoring Program is designed to offer an arena where professionals and leaders with international experience can exchange experiences and learn from each other. Participating companies must commit a senior leadership mentor to the program and name a top-performing representative to participate as a mentee.

The cross-industry design offers a platform to share thoughts in an objective environment, as well as the opportunity to understand how other sectors and organizations operate. The program will ultimately result in an expanded network of leaders, including alumni of previous programs.

The eleven-month interactive program features group events with all participants; along with 1:1 sessions, and it is free-of-charge for AmCham’s Patron & Elite member companies.

AmCham’s 2024 program is closed for new registration, and will kickoff in February, – please contact Therese Oliver (to@amcham.dk) if you would like more information on joining the program in 2025.
